If you are a developer, investor, or just a buyer, don't develop outside of the Freeland Flexi-Cities because you will lose money. These cities will be so nice that everyone will want a piece of it. Tehran is sinking, and now the government has to move everyone out of Tehran. All those trillions of dollars spent by investors will now be lost. From now on, you need to invest through me because I'm the only person who knows where to build and how to build so that we don't have these problems.
Freeland is an autonomous country to be built inside of Free Iran but will be limited to small city-states that will fit like islands inside of Iran but will not be under Iranian authority. They will be under West Iranian authority. The situation will be similar to how Monaco is in France but is like its own state, and how Dubai is in the U.A.E.
Freeland may also extend to small new city-states we will build in Africa.
The moment Iran becomes "Free Iran," we will start developing private, enhanced Flexi-Cities in Iran that will connect to world commerce, and can be seen as funnels to bring money into Iran.
To qualify to move into a Flexi-City, you have to qualify to move to Freeland by supporting human rights and animal rights. There will be a written test (because anyone can lie by claiming they support something but few people will read the books that are part of the process of qualifying). When we are ready we will have a section on the HOME page to click on for that.
The Flexi-Cities will be futuristic and will eliminate hundreds of problems that people have with typical homes, apartments, and office buildings by knowing what those problems are before we even design anything.
Dubai is doing excellent work implementing all sorts of new advances.
Because the NotDisneyland operating system is similar to A.I. General Intelligence in the sense that the learning curve is exponential, we have a huge advantage over Dubai. Also, we are able to learn from their errors, and start from dirt.
There is also the fact that the West Iranian and Iranian communities have a high percentage of architects, engineers, technocrats, and scientists who are able to create new materials, new types of engineering, and develop advanced protocols for building structures and infrastructure.
It's just a matter of gathering all that talent into a loose-knit group.
Let's start uniting, doing things, even small things, and normalizing the New New New Thing.
The "New New New Thing" is the methodology of NotDisneyland. Its focus is on getting things done fast by uniting and moving everyone's contrasting ideologies to a universal middle ground.
If Iran is Free, why is it necessary to build a country within a country? That is because Freeland will act as a conduit, bridge, and funnel between Ancient Iran and the Modern World. Most of the inhabitants of Freeland will be West Iranians who speak English, French, and other languages.
One Flexi-City will be for diverse non-Iranians but will be under NotDisneyland's West Iranian authority. This diverse connection is vital for Iran's survival and progress, and won't interfere with ancient Iran and the native Iranians. The people who live in the Flexi-Cities of Freeland, won't have access to Iran even though we will be inside of Iran. They will have to apply for a visa.
Think of Freeland as being like Monaco inside France, or Dubai inside the U.A.E. Think of how Monaco and Dubai have enhanced and enriched those hemispheres with a burst of creativity, money flow, and interest, without disturbing or angering the native population. Whatever opposition there may have been in the beginning, is now completely gone.
Freeland will be a tax-free haven where big money will flow in easy, user-friendly, secure ways.
Deals will be made, marriages made, and dreams come true.
All we have to do is provide a perfect platform with no taxation, no monthly bills, high quality housing for a price just above our cost (aggregate buyers will not be allowed to buy anything. It will just be one house per adult 38 years-of-age and above, to prevent the artificial rise of housing prices).
Because everyone who moves there has to take a test based on several books I will list here on the website, the quality of the population will be extremely high.
Of course, there will be materialism and vanity in Freeland's Flexi-Cities, but having to take a test that emphasizes higher civilizational values, will help to filter out the type of people who made their money through OnlyFans, financial fraud, criminal organizations, money laundering, gambling, secret society free money, intelligence groups providing funding for interlopers, etc.
And also because NotDisneyland will control all the content that appears on TV, in the movies, on radio, ETC. so that bad content does not appear.
There has to be some form of moderating. But it won't be like the Gestapo Homeowners Association or Extreme Censorship. It will be friendly and mindful of circumstances.
As an example, compare Gab with Instagram. Gab has total freedom, which is why it is unusable. Because Gab has total freedom, the dominant posts are hate posts and sexual pics. Only a serial killer can look at that every day.
Instagram filters out almost all negative stuff, so that the experience is almost always pleasant. NotDisneyland's oversight can be compared to Instagram. TikTok is best for those who are looking for intel and insight on world events. X.com has become the new Gab, making it useless. It's where everyone goes to complain.
That's why Freeland and Iran will have moderators. The garbage of society has to be kept out, so that society can stay innocent.
Without moderators, everything will just be worthless and ugly spam.
If some degenerate gets in, and shows themselves to be provocative, I will have the power in Freeland (not in Free Iran) to autocratically send my thugs to grab them by the throat and throw them out. Then we will move all their furniture and belongings to a warehouse the same day while we keep the accused in jail until we figure out where to banish that person.
In this world you have to be cruel to be kind, or you will lose everything. You might say, "Well doesn't that make you a dictator?" No, dictator's dictate evil things. I'm promoting good things and enforcing good things. Some force is necessary if you want your neighborhood to be considered the top place on the planet to live.
Most of the Flexi-Cities will be English language. At least one will be for people who only speak Persian. Every Flexi-City will have a zone for purely Persian speakers.
Each Flexi-City will be divided into 100 unique neighborhoods with unique names and will have their own sports teams, supervisors, and paramilitary group.
Each Flexi-City will be ten miles by ten miles.
Each Flexi-City will be surrounded by mechanical walls. Random people and zombies can't enter. If a section doesn't have a wall, it will be next to a farm or an animal sanctuary which will have a perimeter fence on the outer area.
Each neighborhood will be surrounded by walls. You can't visit other neighborhoods or streets other than the one you live in.
You can meet friends and family in the public areas where the parks, restaurants, and shops, etc. will be. Even your grandma won't be able to enter your neighborhood to visit you. Most molestations happen when relatives or friends stay at your home. Having them stay in your home is the worst thing you can do. The home is just for you, your wife, your children and pets. Never allow any friends or relatives to stay in your home. Respect the holiness of the home. It must stay a private sanctuary.
If you like to have big parties at your home, you can move into a neighborhood that is for that, where all your neighbors will share the same enthusiasm for home parties and loud music.
The fact that you might be ignorant of these things, won't deter me from setting parameters that are superior to what you believe.
Homes will be sacred places of Zen.
If you don't like what Freeland does, you can live in the normal areas of Iran where there won't be any significant parameters.
But if you want to be around upwardly mobile humans, Freeland will be the only place on earth to go.
If you want to have a party, we will have places you can rent out for the night for cheap. We will have barbecue set-ups in some of the parks so that you can have a BBQ get-together in the park. We don't want our quiet neighborhoods to have any kind of disturbances. You won't even be able to bounce a ball or ride a skateboard on our streets. We will have a lot of free sports facilities and free public transportation for kids so that they can gather there instead of on sleepy streets where people are sleeping, studying, and resting.
There will be a neighborhood for entertainment people and that neighborhood will be more open to having loud parties and people coming and going freely. Each neighborhood will be different with its own rules and you can decide which one you want to live in. Do you want to live in a neighborhood for authors, where strict quiet will be enforced? Or do you prefer a neighborhood where everyone has loud parties? Everyone has unique requirements.
There will neighborhoods for people with dogs, and neighborhoods for people with cats, or cats and dogs. Those will be further divided between Persian speaking, English speaking, French speaking, etc., and further divided between executives, artists, merchants, athletes, etc.
These new rules will make it possible to live a perfect Zen life, where neighbors will share the same interests as you.
