Creating a new society

The world has fallen. The future requires something new. I am putting together people to lead the development of a new society that goes beyond development. I have a book that gets into what the new system is. It will be on the HOME page when it is ready.

The purpose is to create a space. The world will collapse in 2027 or 2028, with world war by 2028 or 2029.

According to hundreds of Christian prophecies, America will get hit the hardest by war and will no longer have a power grid, phone service, or transportation. You need to sell everything and leave.

We don't have time to play political games. We don't have time for the long game. Instant results are what matter now.

The NotDisneyland Group is focused on producing instant results, doing so by implementing a new system called the "Lego / Build-a-Bear Method" that is exclusively a NotDisneyland methodology.

I will explain some of these ideas in a separate book and in a conference for architects, engineers, builders, and investors.

Homes must be built that can withstand a 9.0 megaquake, hurricane winds, fires, floods, and mold. No other type of home will be allowed to be built in Iran. This particular building is made of solid steel pieces and is bulletproof, megaquake proof, flood proof, and fire proof. It is extreme, and for dignitaries of high rank.

Democracy put Khomeini in power. Thank God we won't have a democracy in Iran. In the 2030s, there won't be any democracies anywhere.

We have the ability to organize groups and decipher large amounts of intel.

Housing will be built fast. No cars or trucks allowed in Flexi-City human habitation areas. This design of homes is a Notdisneyland design. These are cheap to build and will be sold at near cost. Very cheap. But cheap people won't be allowed to buy any. Only high quality educated people (those who have a record of supporting human rights and animal rights, and will have to read five books I will list, and take a test) will be allowed to buy these cheap high quality homes and to live there. The first cheap neighborhood where all the occupants will be high-class people. No credit check. Nothing. Just pass the test, and you can move in with no down payment, and start making small payments seven months later. also, if you want to start a business, we will finance you and provide your equipment, training, aid, feedback, etc.

Some grumblers might say, "Why do you get to be the highest authority?" Well, because I'm doing something, and if you have a better vision, then let me hear it. I can't wait to hear all about it.

Notdisneyland is a guidance system and a moderator to keep extreme left and right positions out of the general system. Everything will be better when the system is designed to go straight, without veering off to the left or right (going in circles).

This particular housing is made out of Lego blocks. A four-man team can build each home in one day. Notdisneyland can train thousands of teams,and we can build a million of these homes in just a few months. Soon, we will have to move millions of lower income people out of Tehran because of the megaquake swarms that will be happening over the next two decades. Iran sits on a network of major earthquake fault lines. Tehran sits on top of the biggest fault line. If you have family in Tehran, tell them to move out of the high rise buildings.

Our aim will be to create the greatest civilization in human history by turning Free Persia into the top brand through art and visuals, substance, humanity, and hospitality. It starts by building Flexi-Cities inside of Free Iran, like Monaco is inside of France, and Dubai is inside the Emirates. Some districts in Freeland will be for specialized uses.
