Creating a new society
I don't like any of the old and present societies. They have failed.
The future world requires extreme genius, which is the opposite of conformism.
I am the Nerd who is putting together a team of geniuses to lead the development of a new society that goes beyond simple real estate development. For now you can call me Steve Free.

I'm trying not to be a public figure but I will eventually because I don't think there is anyone else like me on the planet, who can speak to a crowd of people like I can. I feel as if I have a destiny to be a world leader, not just for Persia but to lead dozens of nations in a future alliance. There are three prophecies about me from a century ago from three different sources. But I'd rather not get into that, just because it sounds immodest of me to talk about me.
The point being, clearly there is something about me. I have a divine destiny.
However, the new society should be about you. You must be the leader of your own destiny, with no master.
God warns not to trust anyone except God. It is a sin to trust humans.
If you want to create the best nation in human history, it starts by empowering everyone to be leaders. Even the children must be leaders. Even a dog must be a leader. Listen to the dog. They have saved lives by warning their human servants of fire, cancer, or even a dangerous intruder.
The purpose is to create a space where everyone is a leader.
Hundreds of wise people will gather to create malleable, flexible policies that can be adjusted by the day, and can be monitored by AI which tends to be more logical than humans (although AI is not always right). What we will have are guides who are good in specific areas of interest because a nation is a patchwork of overlapping interests, and no one human is an expert at everything.
My language is English because it is the international language. English is the language everyone must be fluent in.
Most of the futuristic cities I'm building in New Iran and Africa will be English language cities. In one year, Iran will be fixed because the NotDisneyland Group will usher in a funneling system based on branding, quality, international relations, and reputation so that it doesn't take ten years to fix. This will require new methods.
The world will collapse in 2027 or 2028, with world war by 2028 or 2029, and extreme horror overcoming the entire planet like a zombie movie. The world are not expecting things to be so extreme, so will be taken by surprise and destroyed. America will get hit the hardest.
We don't have time to play political games. We don't have time for the long game. We need instant results. The NotDisneyland Group is the only entity that is focused on producing instant results, doing so by implementing a new system called the "Lego / Build-a-Bear Method" that is exclusively a NotDisneyland methodology. I will explain some of these ideas in a separate book and in a conference for architects, engineers, builders, and investors.
I was born in L.A. and I would not want to be born anyplace else. L.A. has a universal atmosphere that is representative of the distant future. We are ahead of everyone else. Some people might say that whoever leads New Iran should be born in Iran and living there right now. Really? Do you know how stupid a comment that is? The people inside Iran eat kebob all day long, fart all day long, and shit in a hole. Why would they have the answers? Where are all the answers right now when answers and solutions are needed more than ever? They have no answers and they have no power to change anything. According to the Bible, God gave the nations, and especially Persia, to King Cyrus and to those who follow in Jesus' footsteps. I have both of those in me. Therefore, the nations belong to me and anyone else like me.
Iran does not belong to low-class peasants who chose Khomeini to be their leader.
The nations belongs to those who have the divine spirit guiding them.
We in the West have the ability to organize groups and decipher large amounts of intel. Whoever guides the future of Iran must be fluent in English because the world language is English. Someone who has spent their entire life in a ghetto in Iran, if he becomes a leader will just be a clueless asshole when it comes to foreign policy and will make horrible decisions. It's important to be born in another nation and have a critical, almost impartial view of Iran and its purpose in the global geopolitical spectrum.
No one will be profiteering off of real estate or real estate development, and I've already put in ten years of my time for free while suffering in poverty because I considered this mission more important than my own comfort, finances, or having a career. By eliminating real estate development profiteering in Iran, prices will end up being one-fifth what they are in America, even though our developments will be a hundred times superior. So how you may ask, will it be possible to buy a high quality home when everyone is competing for the home and the price is so low? Normally, if 200 people want to buy the same home, there is a bidding war, and a 200K home could end up selling for ten million dollars. This is good for those who want to sell, but it soon turns into a Ponzi scheme and takes a hard toll on the economy because the next people who buy will be paying too much for a home. As America collapses, houses in Las Vegas, Texas, and Costa Rica will go up in price temporarily while all other areas will go down. So you might want to buy in those areas right now, then sell for a quick profit. America will start to go downhill in 2027 and will probably collapse in 2028.
This, and no taxation in Freeland, will allow the middle class and working class to live in luxury, and have more money to spend on retail goods and dining, which will empower a new economic era. I won't be Iran's leader but I will be the highest authority. Some grumblers might say, "Why do you get to be the highest authority?" The answer is that no one else is showing what their solutions and visions are. I'm the only one, and I believe I am pre-destined for this mission. My visions cannot be humanly surpassed. They are superior. Other leaders are basically just saying: "My solution is to hire Blackrock and Halliburton." Or "My solution is to let Assghar, his donkey, and his kebob decide through a vote." Or "We will have a Constitution and the Constitution will decide." Or "We will have a Congress and they will decide." Seriously? Do you think those other options can provide a divine vision? I will be the highest authority and I won't allow foreign billionaires to own Iran, like what has happened in the USA where the average American is suffering and the lines for free food are growing while billionaires are doubling their money every year.
The other thing that matters is avoiding conflicts with other nations by presenting ourselves in such a pleasant and friendly manner, no one will never want to be our enemy.
West Iranian super-geniuses, leaders, and investors, will now start forming into groups in anticipation of joining the larger group called "Not Disneyland."
NotDisneyland's position is neutral on everything. It is a guidance system and a moderator to keep extreme left and right positions out of the general system, while not being oppressive to any group. It is a moneymaking system founded on higher civilizational values.
Our aim will be to create the greatest civilization in human history by turning Free Persia into the top brand through art and visuals, substance, humanity, and hospitality. It starts by building Freeland, which will be a country inside of Iran, like Monaco is inside of France, and Dubai inside the Emirates. Freeland is where all the experimentation of culture, and all the futuristic technology will go, so that we do not disturb traditional Old Iran.

I might create a Persian language version of the book in the future, a short version that will be downloadable for free so that members of the I.R.I. can have an opportunity to know about the new system, and help the IRI make an easy transition into the new system, with Javad Zarif, Mohsen Rezaee, and Reza Pahlavi as representatives of the older forms of government, while I integrate the new system into the existing infrastructure. By the end of the year we will have at least a hundred leaders, work together as a team.
