Basically, the concept is to assemble geniuses, promoters, builders, and investors, to lead the development of futuristic cities where sensible people will be able to move to from the West. These city-states will be built in Free Iran, Africa, and perhaps in one area of Europe. Think Dubai but much more sensible and without illicit money that comes from every sort of criminal from around the world, not to mention having a Third World dictator controlling Dubai. Ever since 2020, human beings have learned a lot about what they want and what they don't want, what works and what doesn't work.
Democracy, voting, and Communism don't work. Third World peasants who immigrate to America, always say, "We want a democracy just like America." Maybe for a Third World peasant, America is an upgrade. But for smart, sensible people who are born in America, we see something better as the upgrade. Why do you think that a civil war is coming to America? If the American people were happy with democracy, do you think there would be a brewing civil war? Are you so thick-headed that you are unable to read the room? Look at how everyone is fighting and threatening each other.
There is a better way. It's called "NOTDISNEYLAND."
If you want the best nation in human history, it starts by empowering geniuses rather than politicians. It's so pathetic when people keep pushing for the voting in of politicians as if that system isn't the biggest failure in human history. Don't you understand? Every politician is a fraudster. There is not even one that is good.
The higher purpose is to create a space where everyone is a leader. Hundreds of wise men and women gathering to create malleable, flexible policies that can be adjusted by the day, and can be monitored by AI which tends to be more logical than humans (although AI is not always right, which is why we should never be purely reliant on A.I.).
Most of the futuristic cities I'm building in New Iran, Africa, and Norway will be English language cities because connectivity with new advancements requires fluency in the English language.
I was born in L.A. and I would not want to be born anyplace else. L.A. has a universal atmosphere that is representative of the distant future. We are ahead of everyone else in a sense, because of a predominant secular diversity that forced everyone to look inward ... and improve outwardly.
We will be friendly, but secretly we will be wary.
This is a war of the gods. There are timelines involved. It is vital to unlock the secrets of the future.
Logic and being a Control Freak are the ethos of losers. There is no logic to how this world works or how the human psyche functions. And being a Control Freak by implementing a lot of rules and by-rules is okay for some things, but society's functionality and happiness must always over-ride the by-laws. The "America Israel Iran War" is the key event that leads up to WW3 but it is not WW3. Religious claims that this is Ezekiel 38 is pure stupidity. I cover this prophecy in the book and explain why it isn't what religious leaders claim. This prophecy is why they want to destroy Iran and Russia. But their interpretation of it is wrong, and because it is wrong, it will lead to WW3 until I can influence enough public speakers to address this prophecy in public forums and vlogs.
A.I. says the world ends around 2040, and my own calculations say 2041. However, the world will most likely go dark in 2038. That means we only have one decade left before the world effectively ends. It means we need fast development so that we can at least have some peace of mind before we get to the Armageddon years.
In 2038 or 39, something will happen --- but I don't want to get into that. I mean any damned fool can say that "stuff" is gonna happen LOL. But yeah no, I get deep into that stuff in the book anyhow even though it is nerd stuff that we all look down on as an easy explanation of things. I try to keep things secular, but these days it's hard to do that.
As weird as that stuff is, it still has to be told. But it has to be told properly and with classiness and thoughtfulness. Not by feverish rascals trying to gain followers or trying to be self-important or self-righteous. Yuck.
Which is why we need to build Persia in one year, not in decades. We don't have decades.
NotDisneyland can lay down pipe and pump sea water into Iran in just a few months. We can use that water to flush toilets and take showers, while importing drinking water (until we build desalination plants and expand the pipe system). If you bring in experts from other nationalities, they will take their sweet time and find ways to overcharge so they can get rich. Everyone plays that game. They will make everything seem more complex and as if we need them and depend on them. But I can figure out that stuff myself with help from the Mexican gardener Jose. Second of all, it's insulting to say, "Hey guys. We're too stupid to figure out how to get water. Come and save us, bruh. We're thirsty."
The biggest problem Iran faces is from people who don't know these things, especially arrogant people who think history is made by personalities who are good at killing. Those types of people get their programming from the TV and movies, all of which is bullshit and doesn't reflect real history at all.
Most Iranians are extremely close-minded. It's dealing with Pagans who worship human leaders of cannibal tribes.
Fortunately, there is a new breed of people who have been swept in on the information superhighway.
who are open-minded, better informed, raised in diverse cultures, and able to speak in a calm manner.
The ideal situation is to bring in hundreds of super-smart Co-Leader geniuses without a vote, with me acting as a referee over them, to push them to a middle ground (I won't be a leader - just a dog barking at them).

It is actually mind-blowing that Christians, Catholics, and Jews think that Iran's destiny is to try to invade Israel and for God to destroy Iran when it happens. They think that, that is Armageddon. Once in power, demonic spirits are assigned to them to get them to say "Death to..."

It was the native Iranian people who were tricked into supporting Khomeini. That proves that they should not be decisionmakers. Leaders should have experience in visiting powerful nations and spending some time in the world, understanding the world, evolving their minds, and developing a universal mindset. This is why we can't allow a vote in Iran. If Iran has a vote, Iran will get a President named Seyed Mohammed Mohammed Hussein Mohammed Mohammedi, and he will bring back the hijab and slaughter all the people who have a soul.
Ultimately, Iran has no water, no food, no development, and no compassion for the people. Therefore, what exists must be replaced and it must be done by brainy sober geniuses - not by politicians.

I'm not going to beg any politician for permission to build things. I must hold authority to move ahead independently.
Our aim will be to create a top brand through art and visuals, substance and hospitality. It starts by building Freeland, which will be a country inside of Iran, like Monaco is inside of France, and Dubai inside the Emirates.
